Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Chainshorts is the daily crypto arcade: lucky draws, instant draws, predictions, squad battles and streaks, all played with the crypto in your own wallet. It also carries a short daily crypto news feed with a small daily bonus for reading. All content is informational only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Chainshorts. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using blockchain applications in your jurisdiction.

3. Wallet Authentication

Chainshorts uses Sign-In With Solana (SIWS) for authentication. You authenticate by signing a challenge message with your Solana wallet. In the Telegram mini app and on the web, a Solana wallet is created for you inside Chainshorts and you sign in through Telegram instead. Either way you are responsible for maintaining control of your wallet and its funds.

4. Plans

Premium is optional and paid in USDC from your own wallet. The current price of each plan is shown in the app before you pay and may change; the figure shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Holding SKR does not by itself unlock any feature. Chainshorts does not sell, issue, or guarantee the value of SKR tokens.

5. Paid Features

Certain features are paid in SKR or USDC from your own wallet, including lucky-draw tickets, instant-draw tickets, prediction stakes, squad tickets and Premium. Payments are made on-chain and are checked by Chainshorts before they count. A ticket cannot be cancelled once a draw has accepted it. The share that comes back to you if you do not win is shown on each draw before you enter.

6. Daily Bonus

You can start a daily bonus session that runs until the next midnight UTC. A paid play is not needed to start one. The bonus is a base reward for starting the session plus progress for each qualified story you read, up to the day's reading goal and your daily limit.

New players get a welcome period at the full daily rate, limited to one per device. After that, the full rate applies on any day you make a paid play, such as a lucky-draw ticket, a squad ticket or a prediction stake. On other days a lower rate applies, and it may step down again after a run of days without a paid play. Premium members keep their plan's full rate every day.

Your plan and other bonuses shown in the app may raise your daily limit. Daily limits may also be tied to a set value in US dollars, converted to SKR at the current price, so the SKR amount can change as the price moves. Rates, eligibility, the reading goal, the welcome period and daily limits are shown in the app and may change. Rewards already earned can always be claimed. The app shows your current total before it moves to Rewards.

7. Lucky Draws

Users can purchase lucky-draw tickets using SKR tokens. Lucky draws happen on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, and instant draws run throughout the day. The share of a ticket returned to entrants who do not win is set per draw and is displayed on each draw before entry; the applicable figure is the one shown on that draw at the time of entry. The randomly selected winner receives their stake back plus the remaining prize share. On some lucky draws a small number of runner-up places also share part of the winner's profit; where places are paid they are shown with the result. If fewer than 2 entrants join, the draw is cancelled and every ticket is refunded in full. Chainshorts retains a 10% fee. Lucky-draw participation is voluntary.

8. Daily Quests

Daily quest rewards may be available for reading, daily bonus, sharing, referral, and lucky-draw actions. Amounts and caps are shown in the app and may change as Chainshorts updates its reward economy.

9. Content Accuracy

News summaries may contain errors or omissions. We run quality verification checks but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Always verify important information from primary sources before making decisions.

10. Future Features

Additional features such as threat alerts may be introduced in the future. Any new features involving on-chain data will be informational only and will not constitute trading signals or investment advice.

11. User Feedback

You may submit bug reports or suggestions via the app. Feedback is stored linked to your wallet address and reviewed by our team. By submitting feedback you grant us a perpetual licence to use the content to improve the service.

12. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to manipulate daily bonus rewards
• Do not scrape or redistribute Chainshorts content at scale
• Do not submit or boost misleading or harmful content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our security measures
• Do not use automated tools to inflate reading activity or lucky-draw entries

13. Disclaimers

Chainshorts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or that the app will be free of errors. Daily bonus rewards and lucky-draw outcomes are determined by system rules and may vary. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

14. Limitation of Liability

Chainshorts shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from use of the app, reliance on its content, or participation in the daily bonus or the games. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates are posted at chainshorts.live/terms with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
